Section 115 Disposition versions

115. The Minister may, after receiving the final report of Santé Québec,

(1)  terminate the provisional administration of Urgences-santé on the date the Minister specifies;

(2)  declare the members of the board of directors of Urgences-santé forfeited of office and provide for the appointment of their replacements;

(3)  exercise any power conferred upon the Minister by section 113.
